Patrick Flynn President Principal
Patrick has been in the San Diego area for over 30 years. He is a specialty broker working in areas of gaming, self funding, integrated prescription drug services, multi-layered benefits packages for large corporate needs and all aspects of group health benefits programs, products and services.
Patrick works with employer groups across the country and provides expert knowledge and services to some of the largest companies in the nation.
Patrick also specializes in qualified retirement plans and is often requested to provide services as a consultant for complicated and unique benefit package structures.
Patrick's primary goal is to become a long-term partner with our clients in the evaluation, development and administration of effective employee benefit programs. Our focus is on leadership and service in all aspects of our client relationships.
Tere is a registered representative and broker with the experience to provide all lines of group Health Benefits, as well as fully integrated retirement plans and services. Tere has been a broker in San Diego County for over 20 years.
Tere's expertise is in providing employer groups with fully integrated Health and Retirement Benefit Packages. She is a hands-on broker with a problem solving attitude.
Customer satisfaction is a must, and Tere has maintained some of WCGB's oldest clients because of her professional and comprehensive servicing of these groups.
Stephanie has a vast background of experience in Employee Benefits. With over 12 years of experience, Stephanie's background includes all lines of Group Health Insurance, new business coordination, implementation and support to Benefit Administrators for all products and services offered by WCGB.
Stephanie works very closely with her clients to provide hands on service with quality and customer satisfaction her top priority.
Christina Rosello Sr. Account Manager Client Services
Christina is a seasoned Account Manager with over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Group Health Benefits. With expert knowledge in Benefit Administration, Christina is able to provide invaluable assistance and timely service to many of our large clients.
Christina's responsibilities also encompass working with all major carriers in terms of negotiations and problem resolution. Christina is also an expert in the installation and servicing our WCGB Human Resource Management System.

Carol Bubany Group Service Manager
In the health care industry, one of the major concerns is knowing how to access your health care benefits. One of the major goals of WCGB is that all of our clients needs are met, and that they receive the quality Customer Service they deserve. For this reason, the Flynn Team has a specific department that is dedicated to providing our clients with personalized assistance with any eligibility referral, claims issues, appeals or other concerns or questions they might have.
Group Service Manager, Carol Bubany, is responsible for ensuring that our clients' concerns, issues and questions are answered. With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, Carol has gained the knowledge and expertise that is mandatory to meet those needs. Whether it is eligibility, referral, claim, or appeal issues or just a simple question, Carol is here to assist you.
Phil J. Piel Sr. Executive Vice President Principle
Mr. Piel is a consultant specializing in Employee Benefit programs for Trade Contractors. He is a recognized expert in prevailing wage employee benefit plans for non-union contractors and has conducted prevailing wage seminars for a number of construction associations including the Associated General Contactor's, Associated Builders & Contactor's, and the American Subcontractors Association.
In his 40 years in the insurance industry, Mr. Piel has spent 15 years as an Agent, Assistant Manager, and Agency Manager with the Life Insurance Company of Virginia, and four years as Regional Manager for the C.N.A. Company covering four states. Since 1984, Mr. Piel has been actively working with contractors in Southern California developing the prevailing wage benefit programs.

Patty's primary responsibilities are account management for our Life, Pension and individual clients. Patty is also responsible for general bookkeeping and in-house audit processes.
Patty has been with WCGB for over 5 years and provides administrative support to all areas of the organization.
Corey has over 10 years experience in Health, Pension, SUB Plan, Life Insurance, ERISA Trust Business, Prevailing Wage Fringe Benefits products and services and more.
Corey sits on the AGC Events Committee and the ABC Connections Committee.

Janis has over 30 years of experience in Group Health Insurance. She has a very well rounded background working with both carriers and brokers over the years. Additionally, she has vast experience in service consulting, claims, resolution, new business coordination, and acts as an administrator for all products and services offered by WCGB.
Janis also specializes in the very popular WCGB Human Resource Management System.
Amber is a new addition to WCGB! However, she has been in the insurance industry just over 4 years and brings a solid administrative and health insurance background to WCGB. Amber is an experienced Account Manager with a strong emphasis on Customer Service.

Raquel is the dedicated Broker Representative for the HealthWay Trust. Raquel has been in the healthcare industry for over 18 years and is an expert in needs analysis and client service resolution.
Raquel's background includes extensive underwriting experience, financial analysis, claims analysis, client services consulting, contracting and benefit needs analysis.

Sabrina Ramirez Account Manager Client Services

Sabrina has extensive experience in working with all the major carriers in terms of negotiations and problem resolution.
Mr. Leon is a Group Health Insurance Professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with several large insurance carriers over his career in both Operations and Sales. Mr. Leon also has experience in Third Party Administration services as the foundation of his early career.
He is responsible for General Operations as well as all aspects of Marketing, Services and Personnel oversight.
Additionally, he handles various large trust renewals, management and negotiations.
Dana Oliver Administrative and Accounting Specialist Operations
Dana had worked for WCGB for over 3 years. Her responsibilities range from Accounts Payable to special projects, as well as operational tasks and services.
